Student programming included:
- Financial Empowerment: this Wee Savers (one of Sigma Gamma Rho's signature programs) workshop introduced many to basic budgeting and other financial management principles with the help of the repreentatives from TD Bank
- What Not/To Wear: A discussion on appropriate and inappropriate conduct, both on and off the Internet

Parent programming included:
- 'Life After': Entrepreneurship opportunities as parents deal with a challenging economy and career changes
- Food Preparation: A workshop which empowered parents with nutritional tools for the home

Joint Programming included:
- "College Prep!": a workshop examining post-high-school education and training, including financial awareness
- Coping Skills: licensed, experienced social workers worked with families to identify and manage life's stresses, as well as recognize the warning signs of distress
